Butterscotch Pie
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Corn Starch
- 2 1/2 Cup Milk
- 2 Eggs (beaten slightly)
- 1/3 Cup Butter
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
Directions
Mix corn starch + sugar in top[#transcription] of double[#transcription] boiler.
Combine milk + eggs + mix with sugar + corn starch, place pan over boiling water + cook till thick.
Then add butter + vanilla.
Cool.
Pour into butter crunch crust with [#transcription] of butter crunch on tap.
