Ingredients

• 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
• 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
• 1 1/2 teaspoons shortening

Directions

Mix sugar and flour in small bowl; cut in shortening until mixture looks like fine crumbs.

Add to top of muffins before baking.
